Neutral Earth Dragons - Alba, in forests. "When you defeat mature dragons they will occasionally leave weapons. Earth dragons, found in forests will leave Axe of the Wyrm, worth 380 goth, or so. It will take a while, but it works."

Neutral Blue Dragons - Mylesia, in the mountains; Sable Lowlands, in the swamps
Kill wild Blue Dragons for Cyanic Claw.

Neutral Thunder Dragons - Sable lowlands / Dardunnells, in the barrens.
Kill wild Thunder Dragons for Sum Mannus.

Neutral Platnium Dragons - Soathon Highlands, in the mountains; Mylesia, in the barrens after Chapter 2, Mission 1.
Kill wild Platinum Dragons for Ytival, a bow.

Neutral Black Dragons - Mylesia, in between the forest and moutains near Idorf after Chapter 2, Mission 1; Black Emblams, in the forest with an occasional gremlin.
Kill wild Black Dragons to get the Kerykeion.

Neutral Pumpkin Heads – High Scoath Plains in the forest just to the bottom left of where you start, and that forest curves around a mountain.
Kill wild Pumpkin Heads to find Dowsing Rods.

Neutral Faeries – Mylesia, on the plains.
Kill wild Faeries to 'sometimes' find Silver Hourglasses.

Neutral Gremlins – Mylesia, in the mountains.
Kill wild Gremlins to 'sometimes' find Quit Gates.

Neutral Sphinxes – Ptia, "Sphinxes can be found on Carth's board also in snowy forest. Suggestion: go to the middle forst that wraps around the mountain."
Kill them for ???, in Ptia.

Neutral Gorgons – Ptia, "Gorgons are found next either in the area where Leia lives, or where the gorgons the boss. Just walk in the ice forest (Snow forest, whatever). But Hugo will mention if the area has them."
Kill them for Love & Peaces, in Ptia.

Neutral Ogres – "Ogres live in the north where the unhappy demon lived. Hugo will mention denizens of the underworld (or something like that) ogre's can be found on the plains. I don't know what can be found on the barrens, but Opinicious can be found in the mountains, black dragons in the forest (all forest are frozen here) and blue (I think) on the marsh."

Neutral Goblins – "Goblins can be found anywhere on alot of boards but don't bother getting them. Fighters might be better. They on range from 30to35 around Ptia."
